FLINK FIELD PHOTOS

Ever wonder why some people refer to the area that includes Flink Field as "The Athletic Field"?  The following photos might help explain why.  Photo #1 shows the football field that was placed in the outfield each fall.  Photo # 2 shows the band in formation in left field.  Notice there is no fence and a track with hurdles by the edge of the outfield.  Photo #3 show track and field events where the batting cages are today.
