The 90's saw the end of a successful era of baseball under the leadership of Coach Odle in 1990. The Porters however didn't miss a beat when long-time assistant coach Jim Hall took over the reins. In fact, the program took off to even greater heights which would eventually lead to it's first state championship in 2005. During the 90's the Porters under Coach Hall would make 3 trips to the state tournament (1992, 1997 and 1998) earning a 4th (92') and a 2nd Place (97'). Seven Porters (Derek Kopacz, Rick Moss, Matt Serafini, Vince Serafini, Anthony Shelby, Jeff Stanek and Chris Tierney) would be drafted by major league baseball.
